I will never understand how some upper batch people still feel like they have the right to claim class authority by being stubborn and arrogant, when we all know that the only reason we’re in the same class is because you failed it the first time you took it.
If that’s the case, shouldn’t the younger ones claim authority since they are, bluntly speaking, smarter than you?
I will never understand how someone coming from a “social class” lower than you can easily make irrational and tactless comments about how “your life is too comfortable, you won’t make it in the real world” and everyone around you seems fine with it.
If that’s the case, then shouldn’t I be given the right to make tactless and condescending remarks about how you’re too poor, and have nobody look at me as a bad person?
This weird discrimination about how I live my life should stop because I don’t remember demeaning anybody with the choices I make, for myself. Respect should be given to all, and sympathy and self-pity, do not give you the right to look down on other people, regardless of their socio-economic status. Rich, middle-class or poor, we all deserve respect.
